Catering is a full service custom catering business founded by Chef and Owner Joseph Marks. Joseph's love for cooking began
at a very early age growing up in an Italian section of Brooklyn, New York. His first job was at age 12 working as a dish
washer in a Neighborhood Italian Restaurant and by age 16 was one of the main Chef's. Joseph's family had a huge success in
the fine art of Italian Cooking owning and operating the famous Monte's Restaurant in Carroll Gardens . He worked for seven
years side by side next to old world chefs imported straight from Italy. Joseph wanted to share his love for food with other
people. Always trying new things and studying master chefs from all over the world he wanted to take his passion to the next
level. Joseph graduated with high honors from the highly esteemed Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. He then
pursued his life long goal to start his own catering business. Joseph named his venture after a beautiful town in Italy where
his Grandparents were born.
We have been in business now since 2000 and had nothing but Excellent feedback about
everyone of our affairs. If you know anyone who used us just ask them.
Our Seafood and Meats are of the Finest and Freshest
Quality and all our Sausage and Hamburgers are Homemade from the Famous A & S Pork Store in Brooklyn. We have
done Weddings , Communions, Birthdays, Engagements, Christmas Parties, Cocktail Partis and Tailgate parties from 20 to 1000
people and people are still talking about them.
