Discounts available for parties over 100. All food is cooked on premise by our Chef or Chefs for a continued three hours. Setup is usually 1 hour b4 and breakdown is usually 1 hour after.  We provide the cooking equipment, tables for food, bread, condiments, fine quality plastic plates, forks  and knives and all paper goods neccesary.  We use nothing but the best quality ingredients and service availabe. Each party or budget can be customized to fit any affair  We also do block parties and corporate tailgate parties.  You can mix and match any item on either menu to make up your own custom menu for any budget.
